Who are we?  

Headed up by Sarah and Terry, Lock Knights Locksmiths are a customer focused family business providing mobile locksmithing services in South West London and North Surrey. Lock Knights Locksmiths are based in Hackbridge, Wallington. Hackbridge and Wallington are suburbs of the London Borough of Sutton (SM)

Lock Knights Locksmiths vision is to provide a proficient, honest and customer focused first class service (the very core values of the traditional locksmith) Our customers are everything to us, without them we don’t have a business, it is that simple! 

We are competitively priced and guarantee the price quoted. There is no call out fee – if we cannot open your lock or fix your lock problem there is no charge. You will be quoted a fixed price and no ‘extras’ (unless for example the job is substantially different than the one described for any reason) We do not charge VAT unlike many of our competitors, who top up to the price after the works have been completed.

Lock Knights Locksmiths of Hackbridge, Wallington are proud members of the UK Locksmiths Association - 'trusted and vetted' and Checkatrade. All our operational staff are qualified locksmiths, fully insured and DBS checked with an up-to-date certificate for your peace of mind. All our jobs are only attended by Lock Knights Locksmiths. We are not a national call centre or sell on jobs. If we are unable to assist you, we will of course recommend a suitable alternative locksmith company.

After 25 years working as a Senior Manager in high end corporate safety and security, followed by 15 months apprenticeship with one of London's 'Three Best Rated' Locksmith Companies, Terry the founder of Lock Knights Locksmith and Home Security Specialist decided to leave the sharp suited city life to start a family locksmith business with partner Sarah. Sarah, the business ‘whip’, a mum of two and serving NHS professional supports the business with financial and administration matters. Sarah will attend jobs from time to time when an extra pair of hands are needed. We really are that traditional family business that strive to get the job done with little hassle and at an affordable price!
